Here are the factory settings for the Lyra, when you connect with the Lyra with FTP you find a directory with three files.

You will see the file
1. “flash”
2. “presets”
3. “security”

You need to copy the files we have sent by mail to these directories as follow:

Users to security (and then) levels to security (and then) total snapshot Lyra to presets.
When you do that the PC shows : file already exists, do you want to replace the file?
Answer with yes for all the three files you are copying.
Then restart the Lyra and you will have back the factory settings.
