First be sure that all the Sources of the Dante card are configured.
The configure all Destinations of the Dante card.
The Axum system will automatically import all settings from the card.
The input levels are set for best results, these can be changed if needed.

When you use the Virtual Soundcard as a WDM soundcard it can go up to 16 x 16 mono channels which is 8 x 8 stereo channels.
In Asio mode you can go up to 32 x 32 mono channels which is 16 x 16 stereo channels.
First it is important that the AXUM dante module is in Sync showing a green square.
Default we deliver the system with the Axum being Clock Master.
This can be set with the blue dot in the Rack Configuration page.
Sometimes when there has been some issues it works better when you set it in the Cards configuration at the Enable word clock setting.
When you use more Dante equipment in your system it can be usefull to set the Dante card as clock master.
When you have issues it can help to change the setting in the cards configuration.
Then it is important to set the Matrix for the Axum inputs.
This way the Dante channels are linked to the Virtual outputs of the PC.
You also need to set the Matrix for the Axum outputs.
This way the Dante channels are linked to the Virtual inputs of the PC.
Now you can configure the Playout and recording software to work with the Dante Virtual Soundcard in and outputs.
